-Can someone get the same bead/jewelry as me ?
No. Each bead or jewelry being individualy created, it's impossible to do twice the same thing.
Ressemblances can exist but each bead/jewelry is unique.
-Can I order a custom bead/jewelry ?
For all of your specials requests, please e-mail me so we will be able to discuss your particular needs.
-Do you accept to do wholesale orders ?

-Do you do gift certificates ?
Yes, it is possible to give a gift certificate for one of my creation to a love one. Contact me by e-mail to talk about the details.
-What do I have to do to buy one of your creations ?
TFirst, contact me by e-mail and don't forget to specify for which bead/jewelry your're writing me. Since this is not a real-time website, there is a small probability that another buyer already enquire about the same creation. If this is not the case, I will e-mail you back confirming that this creation is available and you only need to send me the payment before I send you your purchase.

-What payments method do you accept ?
I accept personal check drawn on a canadian bank and paypal paiements.
If you choose to pay by personal check, your purchase will be sent as soon as the bank has cleared the check.
For paypal payments, as soon as payment confirmation is received, your package will be sent.
-In which country do you accept to send your beads ?
I send my creations all around the world.
When I'll have receive your address and paiement confirmation, I will send your purchase wherever your are in the world.'
-What are the shipping costs ?
All shipping will be made through Canada post unless you ask me to do otherwise.

All packages will be sent with Xpresspost which provides you a fast delivery.
Your package will be placed between two protective foam in a rigid box. Then everything will be placed in a bubble enveloppe.
A confirmation number will be sent so you can track your package.
Your package will be insured against loss and damage.
Shipping charges for Canadian address are 10.00$
--To UNITED STATES :
All parcels will be sent with the small packet service which assure you a reasonable delivery time.

***If you would like your package to be sent by another shipping company, it is possible. You will then have to pay for the incured fees.
-If I am not completely satisfied with bead/jewelry I've received, what can I do ?
Since complete customer satisfaction is my priority, I ask you to contact me by e-mail as soon as you've received your package so we can work something out. As soon as it's returned to my studio, I will re-imbursed you of the total buying price minus the shipping fees.
If you would like, you could also have a credit of the same value to apply on any other purchase.
-How can you guarantee the quality of your work ?
Each bead is individually created by me. No mold exists for lampworking beads (except for shaping). Even if some beads can look alike, it is impossible to re-create exactly the same bead. Furthermore, right after the bead is finished, I put it into an annealling kiln. This kiln maintains temperature around 970 fahrenheit degrees for a certain time. Then it is then lowered gradually to room temperature over a long period of time (generally overnight) to prevent cracking from thermal shock. Moreover, when the cooling process has ended, each bead is inspected and cleaned by hand to take out left-over of bead release. In the case of jewelry, each one is made by hand, inspected and tested for durability before being sold. You are then guaranteed to receive a finished product ready to use in your creations or ready-to-wear if you bought jewelry.
-I think I have a display problem or I don't think I have the right font ?
It is possible that you don't have the font that I've used to create this website. The font name is Tempus Sans ITC (True Type).
You can download it by clicking on the following link. (It's a .zip file, use winzip to unzip it) The text file is the step-by-step on how to install it properly. Believe me, it's easy !
-What is your privacy policy?
Any information you provide me while placing an order will be kept strictly
confidential. Also, I will not sell ANY of your personal information to third
party vendors. Your e-mail adress will never be given to anyone. Like
everyone, I hate the amount of junk mail, spam email and all other cheap
marketing ads we receive on a daily basis.

-Where can I purchase your beads and/or jewelry?
